This October, St Ives BID is bringing the magic of winter evenings to life with the return of the St Ives Winter Lights. Installed just in time for the October half-term, the lights are designed to enhance the beauty of our town during the darker months, making St Ives a welcoming destination for residents and visitors alike during the off-season.
From the canopy of lights on Fore Street to the enchanting displays around Market Square and throughout the town, the illuminations create a warm and festive atmosphere. Don’t miss the iconic Fisherman’s Lights around the harbour, which add a charming touch of tradition to the celebration.
The official switch-on takes place on Monday, December 2nd, when Santa arrives by lifeboat to light up the town and kick off the holiday season in style. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy the spirit of the season with family and friends while supporting local businesses.
