The new PAC incident-reporting system is now live for St Ives BID businesses.

Replacing DISC, PAC will make it easier for businesses to report incidents, share intelligence and receive relevant community safety information. Reports can be accessed by the appropriate partners in real time, helping Devon & Cornwall Police and the town’s Street Marshals respond to issues and identify patterns of behaviour.

The reporting process will remain familiar to businesses, while improved information sharing behind the scenes will strengthen partnership working across the town.

PAC is part of the BID’s ongoing Safer St Ives programme. Businesses are encouraged to report incidents so that the most accurate picture of crime and anti-social behaviour in the town can be maintained.
