Comms and event management will be run from the BID office upstairs in the Salvation Army and we will be using Fox Security who will link in with individual premises door staff for additional support.

We will have an increased Police presence this year, who will work between their base at the Stennack and our office in the Salvation Army.

SWASFT and St John Ambulance will be working out of the Stennack Surgery as usual who in addition to SWASFT and SJA will have a manned reception and a nurse practitioner on hand. Due to the size and risks associated with this event SJA cover is as follows:

St John Ambulance will be on foot to flag down or send anyone needing medical attention head over to the Salvation Army or the Stennack Surgery.

Safe Space and lost children will also be directed to the Salvation Army.

The pay gates on the toilets will be open from 4pm so toilets will be FREE.
