WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

as our CDP, you’ll be the master of your section — delivering quality m consistency and flavour, you will:

run your assigned section confidently during service .

prepare, cook and present dishes to spec, every time.

maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety,

help plan and develop menus and specials with the senior team.

maintain stock levels, reduce waste and follow FIFO procedures.

train and support junior chefs, helping them grow in their roles.

work clean, organised and calm — even when the heat is on.

ARE YOU ARE NEXT KITCHEN STAR?
