what you’ll be doing:

welcoming late arrivals with a warm, friendly smile.

keeping the hotel safe, secure and spotless throughout the night.

helping guests with requests, questions or those unexpected midnight emergencies.

carrying out fire, security, and floor checks.

preparing the hotel so the day team can start fresh and organised.

who we’re looking for:

We need someone who is:

calm, reliable, and comfortable with working nights.

friendly, helpful and great with people – even the sleepy ones

able to work independently and stay focused

security minded with strong attention to detail

confident handling small issues before they become big ones

night experience is helpful but not essential — we’ll train you to be our nighttime superstar!
