St Ives BID Manager, 30 hours – £26,500 p.a. (£33,125 FTE)*

Having been voted in for a second term to start on 1st June 2019, St Ives BID has a vacancy for a BID Manager. St Ives BID seeks a talented, highly motivated professional to deliver over £600,000 worth of town improvements over the next five years.

*whilst this appointment is for 30 hours, the successful applicant will be invited to consider working full time initially to cover the part time administrator’s maternity leave

Post Title: St Ives Business Improvement District (BID) Manager

Salary: £26,500 (30 hours a week) FTE is £33,125

Location: Offices within St Ives town centre

Working hours: Generally 9 – 5pm, four days a week (30 hours per week). However, due to the nature of the BID Manager’s role, some flexibility will be required with occasional weekend, evening, and early morning working when required.

Length of Contract: Fixed term until 31st May 2024. This post is subject to a three month probationary period

Responsible to: Board of Non-Executive Directors. The post holder will be employed by St Ives BID Ltd

Reporting To: Chair of the BID Board

Responsible For: Part Time Project Administrator (on maternity cover from July 2019)
