UPDATE!! 03/04/20

 Covid-19 Leaflet Distribution

We are pleased to announce that the Royal Mail locally is to deliver the first leaflet for St Ives detailing what shops are open and giving other information and advice.

This should be in all homes by April 11th.

Local Volunteers

For all those who volunteered their services to distribute the leaflet, a huge thank you.

It is heart-warming to see the local Royal Mail step in to help all of us in the St Ives parish by delivering our first leaflet.

We will still need all of the volunteers who put their names down to assist with the leaflet delivery. So, we would like to keep those names on file for future activities.

Please let us know if you would like your name removed from the list on 797840 or 07930536591 or

Thank you from

St Ives Bid Covid-19 Leaflet PDF

Hello all

Some updates for you although things are changing at such a rate its only correct right now and is subject to change.

Firstly I have attached the latest government guidance for employers and businesses and the great news I had today was that for all those who qualify for Business Rate relief and therefore either the £10000 or £25000 grant Indications are that those funds should be with Cornwall Council around 27th of the month and will then be paid to you directly without any application.

Next I have food-takeaway-delivery-guidance St Ives Shops opening hours during CO VID19 restrictions detailing at the current times the businesses that are open in St Ives which I will be updating as I get more details .I would encourage you to print this off and give to any neighbours who perhaps might find it useful but don’t have access to the internet .Also if you have any additions or amendments please let me know.

Also the latest delivery & takeaway guidance is attached for anyone interested or involved in this area.

Finally we at BID are here if you need us if we can help in anyway.

Stay safe and I will be in touch again soon.
